Integration Status

  • Customer Confirmed — An installation that is verified by the customer to be in use in daily production and to meet the business, technical, and production objectives established by the customer for the installation of the interface.
Once an interface is customer confirmed or installed, we will publish the verification document with specifics of the installation including product name, version, and edition.
  • Installed — An interface that has been installed at a customer location.
  • Available — The vendors represent that the interface is one that has been developed and tested and is ready for customer implementation, given normal setup requirements upon installation.
  • In Progress — The vendors represent that they have agreed to integrate products to accomplish the subject interface.

System Types

  • Creative Workflow
  • Web-to-Print
  • Production Planning & Management — Many MIS systems provide product planning or management functions. These products should be listed as MIS system, unless there is a stand alone product for production planning or management that can be purchased independently (without the MIS system), in which case the vendor may list product planning or management systems in addition to MIS systems. This distinction allows for the various companies that provide standalone production planning and management systems.
  • Prepress
  • MIS
  • Press
  • Digital Printing — including Inkjet printing
  • Finishing

Bridge Software

If a system uses a third-party “bridge software” product that is integrated into a product, then the product that uses the interface would only be listed, with the option that the interface company would be listed in parenthesis. If the bridge software is used independently of an implicitly integrated product, then it would be listed as a normal interface.
